He was a fantastic landlord! Always helpful, respectful of privacy, prompt with maintenance and even did things like replacing an old couch when I asked, which was really nice. He refunded the full security deposit and wrote an accommodation reference for me. I rented two apartments from him and referred three of my friends to rent his apartments as well. All of us thought he was a great landlord, the places were lovely, the lease dates were flexible, which allowed me to stay through graduation and a month of the summer, and the rent was always very fair for the area. It was a great experience overall.
